Moongfalli chutney/shengdana (peanut chutney)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of roasted peanut
  • Red chilli powder to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 5 to 6 cloves
  • Jeera (cumin seeds) 1 tsp

Direction

  1. In a mixer jar add peanuts, garlic cloves, red chilli powder,jeera,  salt and grind all together.
  2. Grind it get small granule or sand like texture.
  3. Serve it with crisp.
