- 5 boiled egg
- Salt to taste
- Garlic finely chopped 2 tbsp
- Coriander 4 tbsp
- Garam masala.
- Red chilli powder to taste
- Oil 2 tbsp
- In a pan heat oil.
- Now add chopped garlic and sauté it until it get golden and churnchy.
- Now add coriander and sauté it until it get crispy.
- Now add salt, red chilli, garam masala and sauté for 40 sec and your masala is ready.
- Now add boiled eggs in that masala and coat it well.
- Sprinkle some coriander and serve with sauce.
