• 5 boiled egg
  • Salt to taste
  • Garlic finely chopped 2 tbsp
  • Coriander 4 tbsp
  • Garam masala.
  • Red chilli powder to taste
  • Oil 2 tbsp


  1. In a pan heat oil.
  2. Now add chopped garlic and sauté it until it get golden and churnchy.
  3. Now add coriander and sauté it until it get crispy.
  4. Now add salt, red chilli, garam masala and sauté for 40 sec and your masala is ready.
  5. Now add boiled eggs in that masala and coat it well.
  6. Sprinkle some coriander and serve with sauce.
