This recipe is Indian tikka masala powder.Make it and store in bottle and use long time.

  • This quantity is for 1kg meat.



  • 1tsp blck peppercorns
  • 1tbsp cumin seeds
  • 1tbsp coriander seeds
  • 1tsp poppy seeds
  • 2inch cinnamon
  • 6/7 cloves
  • 5/6 green cardamom
  • 3black cordamom
  • 1tsp salt
  • 2 nutmeg
  • 1mace
  • 5/6 read chillidry
  • 2tbsp meat tenderizer power


  1. Put all spices except salt and tenderizer powder in pan and dry roast.
  2. Grind in a blender to make coarse powder.
  3. To make a finer powder,Sieve the masala again.
  4. Mix in meat tenderizer power. ready in your Indian tikka masala powder.
  5. Store in a air tight jar and use long time.
