- This quantity is for 1kg meat.
- 1tsp blck peppercorns
- 1tbsp cumin seeds
- 1tbsp coriander seeds
- 1tsp poppy seeds
- 2inch cinnamon
- 6/7 cloves
- 5/6 green cardamom
- 3black cordamom
- 1tsp salt
- 2 nutmeg
- 5/6 read chillidry
- 2tbsp meat tenderizer power
- Put all spices except salt and tenderizer powder in pan and dry roast.
- Grind in a blender to make coarse powder.
- To make a finer powder,Sieve the masala again.
- Mix in meat tenderizer power. ready in your Indian tikka masala powder.
- Store in a air tight jar and use long time.
