- 1 cup chickpea flour/besan
- 10to 12 spinach leaves/palak patta
- 2to3 green chillies/hari mirch.
- 1 chicken small piece /chicken ke tukade
- 1tsp yogurt/dahi
- 1tsp cumin/jira
- 1/2tsp turmeric/haldi powder.
- 1tbsp button read chilies crushed/lal mirch powder.
- 1/2tsp soda bi carb/
- salt to test/namak
- oil as required/tel
- wash spinach leaves and clean it and keep them aside.
- soak spinach leaves in turmeric water.
- chickpea flour in a 1 bowl sieve and add egss,soda bi carb,chicken small piece ,yogurt mix well,add luke warm water to it and make a fine paste.
- Now add crush read chilies,green chilies,cumin and salt.
- Ready is mixture dip each spinach leaves mixture and goldan browen deep fry.
Indian chicken cube palak pakore is a ready and serve with chisi sauce.
