  • 1 cup chickpea flour/besan
  • 10to 12 spinach leaves/palak patta
  • 2to3 green chillies/hari mirch.
  • 1eggs/anda
  • 1 chicken small piece /chicken ke tukade
  • 1tsp yogurt/dahi
  • 1tsp cumin/jira
  • 1/2tsp turmeric/haldi powder.
  • 1tbsp button read chilies crushed/lal mirch powder.
  • 1/2tsp soda bi carb/
  • salt to test/namak
  • oil as required/tel


  1. wash spinach leaves and clean it and keep them aside.
  2. soak spinach leaves in turmeric water.
  3. chickpea flour in a 1 bowl sieve and add egss,soda bi carb,chicken small piece ,yogurt mix well,add luke warm water to it and make a fine paste.
  4. Now add crush read chilies,green chilies,cumin and salt.
  5. Ready is mixture dip each  spinach leaves mixture and goldan browen deep fry.


Indian chicken cube palak pakore is a ready and serve with chisi sauce.
