- Prep time – 10 mins
- cook time -25 mins
- 1/2 kg potato/aalu
- 2 tbsp all purpose flour/maida
- 6 tsp bread crumbs/dabarroti chura
- 2 eggs/ande
- salt and black pepper to test/namk,kali mirch
- salt ot taste
- red chilli powder to taste
- Oil for deep fry/tel
- clean and grate the potato and add red chilly powder, salt, bread crumbs, eggs, blak pepper and all purpose flour and mix it well.
- make a balls of mixture.
- Heat oil in deep pan and deep fry one by one and serve with sauce or as you like.
