- prep time – 5 mins
- cook time – 25 mins
- 1 cup jaggery grated/kasa huwa ghud.
- 3 cup puffed rice/murmura.
- 1 and half tbsp clarified butter/ghee.
- Heat a pan and add jaggery and butter and melt it together.
- Cook this till it become like syrup.
- Now add the puffed rice into this mixutre and mix it well.
- After this make small balls like laddu and give round shape and serve as you like.
- keep this laddu in air tight container.
