Ingredients

  • 1 cup jaggery grated/kasa huwa ghud.
  • 3 cup puffed rice/murmura.
  • 1 and half tbsp clarified butter/ghee.

Direction

  1. Heat a pan and add jaggery and butter and melt it together.
  2. Cook this till it become like syrup.
  3. Now add the puffed rice into this mixutre and mix it well.
  4. After this make small balls like laddu and give round shape and serve as you like.
  5. keep this laddu in air tight container.
